Public

How deliberation works

Quvant runs three models with distinct roles — Analyst, Critic, Synthesizer — that analyze the same case without sharing output. On high-risk analyses, a fourth Validator node enters blind to verify the conclusions. The result is a conclusion with an explicit confidence band and an attached evidence pack.

Public

Why Agreement ≠ Truth

Agreement between models is not in itself proof of correctness: models trained on similar data can fail in the same way. That is why the reliability engine penalizes contradictions and values evidence, not mere consensus.

Public

What the Evidence Vault is

The Evidence Vault preserves every evidence pack in auditable form, protected by an internal tamper-evident hash-chain. Each record is exportable as JSON and linked to the relevant regulatory references.

Public

Escalation policy

When confidence falls below threshold or unresolved contradictions emerge, Quvant does not force a conclusion: it marks the analysis as an escalation candidate and requests human review.

Public

Role architecture

Each node has a precise mandate. The Validator is activated only on high-risk analyses and operates blind to the other nodes' output, to avoid anchoring.

Compliance frameworks

For each framework: what it is, what it concretely requires, and how Quvant produces an evidence pack and a readiness assessment. Quvant does not guarantee compliance: it provides verifiable evidence in support.

EU AI Act

What it is

European regulation governing the development and use of AI systems, classifying them by risk level. It applies to providers and deployers operating in the EU market.

What it requires

Risk classification of systems, technical documentation, documented risk management, transparency toward users, and human oversight for high-risk systems.

How Quvant resolves it
  1. AI system inventory and applicability score to establish scope.
  2. Per-system risk classification with a traceable rationale.
  3. Multi-model deliberative analysis with an evidence chain on every conclusion.
  4. Auditable evidence pack and readiness assessment for the technical file.

NIS2

What it is

EU cybersecurity directive imposing risk-management measures and incident-notification duties on essential and important entities.

What it requires

Technical and organizational risk-management measures, notification of significant incidents within tight windows, and accountability of management bodies.

How Quvant resolves it
  1. Digital Risk Assessment across configurations, policy, and access control.
  2. Critical event analysis with a confidence band and immutable audit trail.
  3. Evidence pack supporting incident notification.
  4. Readiness assessment with verifiable remediation priorities.

DORA

What it is

EU regulation on digital operational resilience for the financial sector: ICT risk governance, incident management, and third-party oversight.

What it requires

An ICT risk-management framework, resilience testing, a register of critical providers, and ICT incident reporting.

How Quvant resolves it
  1. ICT risk mapping with a per-area risk score.
  2. Critical operational event analysis with an evidence chain.
  3. Verifiable action plan with remediation priorities.
  4. Evidence pack and export for the regulator.

ISO 27001

What it is

International standard for the Information Security Management System (ISMS): a structured approach to controls, risk, and continuous improvement.

What it requires

ISMS scope definition, risk assessment, application of Annex A controls, and evidence for the certification audit.

How Quvant resolves it
  1. Assessment of relevant controls and gap analysis.
  2. Risk assessment with traceable evidence.
  3. Monthly report and readiness certificate for the auditor.
  4. Evidence pack exportable as a verifiable PDF.
